The Science

Why These Glasses

Amber lenses, made for evenings

Deep amber lenses filter the blue and green light from screens — the light that tells your brain it's still daytime. Made to wear after sunset.

Premium wayfarer frame

Matte black frames — lightweight, durable and comfortable for all-evening wear. Three sizes, and they can be heat-adjusted for a proper fit.

The complete kit

Every pair ships with a premium hard case, soft pouch and microfibre cloth. A proper gift, not just glasses.

"We do sometimes recommend blue-light-blocking glasses."

— Cathy Goldstein, Assistant Professor of Neurology, University of Michigan Sleep Disorders Center

"Amber lenses are affordable and they can easily be combined with other established cognitive and behavioral techniques for insomnia management."

— Ari Shechter, Assistant Professor of Medical Sciences, Columbia University Medical Center

"Conceptually, anything that will decrease that blue light exposure at night will be helpful."

— Christopher Colwell, Neuroscientist, University of California

A True Story

Our Story

Chapter One

The Beginning

It started with a problem. Dad had a business called Vibeality selling wellness products — including these incredible glasses. When the business had to close, there were glasses left over. Rather than let them gather dust, he handed the keys to us.

Chapter Two

The Brothers

Oliver is 10. Harrison is 7. We're learning what it means to run a real business — packing orders, tracking stock, and figuring out how to tell people about something we genuinely believe in.

Chapter Three

The Glasses

H.E.A.L by Pete Evans isn't just a brand. These glasses were designed with sleep science in mind. The amber lenses block the blue and green light that tricks your brain into thinking it's still daytime. Wear them after sunset. Sleep better. Feel better.

Chapter Four

Why It Matters

Every pair you buy helps two brothers learn something real. Not from a textbook — from actually doing it. We pack the orders ourselves. We check the stock. We're learning. And we'd love your support.

Got Questions?

FAQ

Do these actually work?
The deep amber lenses filter the blue and green light from screens and lighting — the part of the spectrum that suppresses melatonin and delays sleep. Wear them for one to two hours before bed and most people notice a difference within a few nights.
What size should I choose?
Measure temple to temple across your face. Small (127 mm) suits most children and petite adults, Medium (134 mm) fits most adults, and Large (149 mm) is for wider faces. When in doubt, go Medium.
How long does shipping take?
3–7 business days Australia-wide. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We pack every order ourselves — Oliver and Harrison take great pride in making sure it arrives beautifully.
Can I return them?
Yes — we offer a 30-day return policy if the glasses are unused and in their original packaging. Just email us and we'll sort it out.
Who is Pete Evans?
Pete Evans is an Australian chef, restaurateur, author and television personality, and the founder of the H.E.A.L brand — built around wellness and bio-hacking. These blue light blocking glasses are part of that range.
Are these suitable for kids?
The Small size fits most children aged 6 and up.
